As a Commission-Based Sales Executive at OPSBIN, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals. Your success in this role will be directly tied to your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through various means, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Present and explain our company's products/services to potential clients
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management

Compensation
